Payments can be made via credit card or ACH. Ownership of the Work transfers to you upon full payment and delivery.

Taxes and Shipping

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including sales tax or VAT, associated with your purchase. Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise specified. Please note that Ceres Collection is not responsible for any issues related to packing or shipping, including damage or loss caused by third-party packers, shippers, or carriers. All risks associated with shipping transfer to you once the Work is shipped.

No Returns or Refunds

Please be aware that all sales are final. Ceres Collection does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any purchases.

Intellectual Property

The content on our Site, including text, images, and design, is owned by Ceres Collection or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use any of this content without our explicit written permission. Additionally, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site are the property of Ceres Collection or other third parties, and their use is prohibited without prior written consent.
